Our Continuing Care (CCRC) Program
By paying a one-time entrance deposit, you will receive a discounted monthly rate for Independent Living, Assisted Living, and Skilled Nursing. Plus, you will receive a GUARANTEE OF LONG-TERM CARE FOR LIFE. Right now, with our great specials, our entrance deposits range from $63,000 to $223,000. Our monthly fees, on the CCRC program, range from $1,750 to $3,450. For a second person, add $600 to the monthly fee and $10,000 to the entrance deposit.
Our Rental Program
Apartments are also available on a month-to-month basis with no entrance deposit. However, there is a $2,500 Community Fee. Please note, residents on the rental program would pay full price for Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing and are not eligible for the guarantee of long-term care for life. Rental prices range from $2,000 to $3,750 per month. The Bayshore, Continental and Premier are not available on the Rental Program. For a second person, add $600 to the monthly fee.ssssss
