ASSISTED LIVING SHORT STAY PROGRAM Caring for an elderly loved one often places a tremendous physical, emotional and financial burden upon spouses and family members. Our Assisted Living Short Stay Program is designed to provide temporary care so that caregivers can take time off to rest, vacation or tend to necessary business. Services: Medication administration Assistance with activities of daily living Nurse call system at bedside Meal service Arts and leisure programs Private suites and baths

Directions: Exit the 405 or 5 freeway on El Toro Road. Turn east and drive for approximately 1 mile. Turn right on Cornelius (just past Raymond). The Health Care Center is at the end of the cul-de-sac. Take the last driveway on the left to reach the entrance.
