ASSISTED LIVING Assisted Living is ideal for individuals who can no longer manage independently and for those who require assistance with personal care. A special dementia day program is available on a daily basis. Residents enjoy the comfort of a furnished suite with a private shower. Directions: Exit the 405 or 5 freeway on El Toro Road. Turn east and drive for approximately 1 mile. Turn right on Cornelius (just past Raymond). The Health Care Center is at the end of the cul-de-sac. Take the last driveway on the left to reach the entrance.
