What is Assisted Living?
Assisted Living is ideal for seniors who can no longer manage independently and require assistance with personal care and activities of daily living.
What is Skilled Nursing?
Skilled Nursing is for seniors who need rehabilitation after surgery, care after an acute illness or permanent nursing assistance.
What is Respite Care?
Care is sometimes needed on a temporary basis. Often caregivers need a break or family members may be going on vacation. Let us help you care for the one you love. Respite care is available in both our Assisted Living and Skilled Nursing.

The Freedom Village Health Care Center is a provider for Medicare, Secure Horizons, and SCAN. We also accept Med-Cal. For current rates, call (949) 472-4733.
Directions: Exit the 405 or 5 freeway on El Toro Road. Turn east and drive for approximately 1 mile. Turn right on Cornelius (just past Raymond). The Health Care Center is at the end of the cul-de-sac. Take the last driveway on the left to reach the entrance.
