This letter is to praise the exceptional service that my family and my mother received during her stay at the Freedom Village Skilled Nursing facility. The nurses were compassionate and caring and the communication with the family was excellent. We appreciate all the care my mother has received from all the staff at Freedom Village.

Thank you so much for the respite care for our mom while we were away on vacation. The staff greeted her with smiles on a Sunday morning, which created an easier departure for us. When we returned, she was happy and kept commenting on “how nice everyone was”. Enjoy the flowers as a thank you to the whole Assisted Living staff.

Since my dad has been at your Skilled Nursing facility, we have already seen changes in both his attitude and demeanor. He recently mentioned my name to his new roommate, which he has not done in six months. How can we ever thank you for all that you have done for our mom? She lived in Skilled Nursing for two years before she passed away.
